What the Fund supports

Projects are chosen from priorities set by Ukraine, with the aim of keeping the transport system running every day and bringing it closer to the EU transport network.

Repair and maintenance

Restoring damaged transport infrastructure and keeping it in service.

Specialised equipment

Purchasing the machinery and equipment operators need on the ground.

Infrastructure development

Road, rail, port, airport and border-crossing projects.

Export corridors

Strengthening the routes that carry Ukraine’s exports to international markets.

How it works

  1. Ukraine sets the priorities

Ukraine identifies the projects most needed now and coordinates their implementation.

  2. Partners contribute

Participating countries pool contributions in one fund, so support can move quickly.

  3. Projects are delivered

Lithuania’s Central Project Management Agency (CPVA) administers procurement, delivery and the use of resources.
